The Psychic Tune up and Deep Dive requires a bit more time. Discussions are open and meant to support all of your concerns. Information comes from the highest level of the soul and is delivered with love and grace to aid you in your life's journey. Cancellation Policy

Policy on Missed Appointments and Refunds NO REFUNDS will be granted for cancelled appointments. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. We kindly ask that you do not book and pay for an appointment if you do NOT intend to keep it. Being on time is crucial. If you are 10 or more minutes late it is considered a missed appointment. No refund will be given for a late appointment. Please give yourself plenty of time when considering the scheduling of the appointment, finding a quiet space and being ready for the reading. Being at the hairdressers is not a good place to receive a reading. All appointments are scheduled in PACIFIC TIME. It is the client’s responsibility to be available at the time of the appointment. We work diligently to find convenient times for our East Coast and International clients. Please be aware of the time difference. Not being available or on time for a scheduled appointment forfeits the appointment. NO REFUND WILL BE GRANTED. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. Rescheduling of an appointment is permissible PRIOR TO 48 HOURS BEFORE the scheduled appointment, otherwise NO REFUND WILL BE GRANTED, NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE and there will NOT be an opportunity to reschedule for the purchase. Please contact the office if you wish to reschedule your appointment within the 48 hour window. We reserve the right to refuse to consult, read or offer appointments to certain individuals. ONLY in this situation will a full refund be returned to the purchaser. We will maintain the right to refuse the right read people we believe are not harmonious with this office. Please understand that not showing for an appointment affects valuable appointment time, and is not fair to other clients who want an appointment. All phone and Skype readings must be paid for at least 24 hours in advance of the session. Failure to pay in full for the appointment is considered a missed appointment and no refund will be granted. No Reading Substitutes Policy Scheduled readings are not and cannot be substituted for payment made for any other purchase then the one paid for. Reading options cannot be altered, exchanged, or interchanged in any way and are considered separate reading purchases with separate payment fees applicable. All purchases are final. We absolutely DO NOT grant refunds on readings due to scheduling conflicts or because you are unhappy with the reading.
